Payment failed when I tried to upgrade my account
i have drob box 2 GB Space and i want to upgrade 2 TB, But whent i tried to purchase drop box and payment option then payment not done. i change my internet broweser and try again then same problem here. i tried to chat with sales team they suggested me to contact technical support team and raise tickit. please do need help for purchase drop box 2 TB

Hey deepak patidar, sorry to see that you're having issues upgrading your account.
What payment method are you trying to use to upgrade your account?
Have you tried with a debit/credit card or PayPal to see if that works?
Also, are you trying to upgrade directly from dropbox.com?

Since the payment methods I mentioned above are the accepted ones for the Dropbox individual subscriptions, can you please try one of them and let me know if it works or if you're still getting the same issue?
