Hi Luciag1! From what I can see, Megan has already forwarded your request to our specialized team, and they're looking into it.
Please rest assured that, as soon as they have more updates, they'll let you know in the same email thread.
In the meantime, please check your email's inbox and spam folder again, to make sure there's nothing new from Dropbox there.

I totally understand you’d like this resolved, but please kindly note that there’s usually a one-working day response timeframe.
