Need help cancelling a subscription
Hello: the prior owner of our dropbox passed unexpectantly and we no longer need the dropbox account. None of the other officers know the access or the password. How do I go about getting help from...

You don't need to have the email address to contact the team, all you need is an email address that you can access in order for us to email you.
If you provide the billing information, and explain the situation, the support team will be able to assist further.
