Nancy and Dropbox team, PLEASE.

I NEED THAT SOMEBODY ANSWERS ME AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

If I need to talk to ANYBODY ELSE, I can.

But, please, I NEED A SOLUTION AND A FREQUENT SUPPORT ASAP.
