Is there a lower annual fee than Euro 119,88?

Please inform if there is a lower annual fee than Euro 119,88 let us say for storing of 50 GB- today I only have only stored about 2,2 GB. Find the annual fee of Euro 119,88 quite expensive and sholud like to get a better price for less styring capacity- thank you?
