Is my trial cancelled? I don't want to pay for a subscription.

    Hey AnnddN5, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community!

     

    If you see that you're on a Basic account on your plan tab, that means that you're definitely on a free account at the moment.

     

    It sounds like you had the trial, but even though the account tried to renew to Dropbox Plus after the expiration of the trial, it was never able to.

     

    That's why you might see that an invoice was issued, but there's no actual receipt for a payment.

     

    You never got charged, right? Do you see a Dropbox payment in your bank statement?
