ID Verification with Esignature in Dropbox

Does Esignature ID verification (SMS) come with Dropbox storage accounts as part of the esignature feature?

Which plan(s) include the ID verification feature?

If not included, what plan(s) are needed? If DropboxSign is required, is this an add-on to Dropbox storage?

Is there discounted pricing as an add-on, versus DropboxSign stand-alone, since esignature is already included in Dropbox storage?

Hey there, Othername, I hope you're doing well!

Give me some time to check with the relevant team and gather all the necessary info, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    Thanks!

Hello: Any update on this? Or is there a way to talk with a sales person to get information? Seems like a strange way to get customers when you can't get answers on the offerings. Thank you for you help.

Hey Othername! Apologies for any delays.

So, from what the team has confirmed, Dropbox Storage plans don’t come with any eID features, nor any features for sending signature requests via SMS.

The eID feature is a feature that only users on the Dropbox Sign Premium or Dropbox Sign Premium API plan can purchase an add-on for. You need to purchase it from the Sales team (users on Dropbox storage plans don’t have that feature, and users on any Dropbox bundle plans can't purchase it at all, as their bundle will prevent them from doing so).

You can also see more info about this here.

Let me know if this answers your previous questions.
