How can I speak with a live person about my plan(s)? I just received renewal and I need to know what plans I have as I'm unable to log in to an account that is tied to a company that I'm no longer with. I mainly just want to speak with a LIVE person, please.

Thank you, Mark. I followed the instructions for knowing my e-mail address and password in order to change my e-mail, but it would not allow me to change it or even add my personal e-mail address as a secondary e-mail. What else do you suggest?

Why? What happened when you tried? What error message, if any, did you get?
Your best option to resolve this is to follow my original advice (or Hannah's reiterating mine). You can absolutely contact Support through the ticket system for any billing or sign-in issues, regardless of the account type that you have. Make sure you're NOT signed to ANY account in when you do it.
