I’m tried to cancel my Essentials subscription before I was charged but too late, and since I heard Dropbox never gives refunds, I’d like my essentials plan back but it won’t let me without purchasing again? Absolutely not.
Very frustrated and would love some help since I can’t contact anyone directly.
