I don't see any invoices for my account, but I'm getting charged.

When logged in- to view my bill, nothing appears. How can I be charged for a service that is not linked to me?

    What plan does it show when you view your Plan page? If it says Basic, you're not being charged for that account. If that's the case, use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for.
