I can't seem to reach support to ask for a refund.
I signed up to Dropbox a year ago (directly) and didn't use it as planned, and I believed that I had cancelled the auto renew feature. I have just seen that I have been charged for another year 2 days ago - I have now gone in again and made sure that the account in cancelled. I am seeking a refund for this but seem to be going in circles online and can't figure out how to contact anyone to request a refund.
