Hello,
Very new to understanding DropBox plans and subscriptions.
We had a team member join us in March. We had her sign up for the DropBox Plus account and we paid 119.88 for the year. It says no refunds if the account is cancelled. Is there anyway to transfer this account subscription to the new member of our team?
If so, how.
If not, why not?

Currently, it isn't possible to transfer an account subscription to another Dropbox account.
However, you could change the email address on the account (while logged into that account) to make it the email address of the new team member instead.
