I am paying 11.99 euros per month for a dropbox subscription which I can not cancel since I do not have access to my email anymore.....how can I stop the subscription?

In such cases, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team directly for further assistance.
To do so, make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in this form with all the relevant information and an email address we can reach you at.
Once you do that and get a ticket number from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up as well if needed.
