Divorce. How to spilt the account

Hi, I am at the beginning of a divorce and one of the many terrible tasks is digital separation. We have shared a family account for over a decade. How do we separate our account so that we each get access to the shared family photos. Do we have to download everything somewhere. Is there a way of making a new account that is a duplicate?

    Could you please clarify if you're using individual accounts or if you're both part of the same Dropbox Family account?

     

    What is your plan tab showing exactly?
