I was looking at Dropbox plans last night and kept getting a pop up on https://www.dropbox.com/plans for 25% off Dropbox Plus. When I clicked on the pop up it took me to dropbox.com/buy/plus but the total had the 25% discount applied. It was going to be something like $116 for the year. I didn't have time to set it up last night and the promo said something about being valid until august 30 or something like that so I decided to do it today when I had more time but now I don't see the promo anywhere.

Have you also checked your spam/junk folder?
If you can't find anything there, have you checked to make sure you're looking at the correct Dropbox account?
You can always visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

Hey @kjsin1994, I have already sent an email to your comcast.net email address that is linked to this Dropbox Community profile.
As for why this is necessary: I'd like to send the case to the appropriate team in order for them to review it, and share more info than we can.
Our Specialized agents have more tools in order to assist on their end.
