Credit Card Charge Checker

Credit Card Charge Checker

I'm on a new computer, and I'm trying to log into my upgraded Dropbox account with all of my files. I logged in with what I thought was my correct email account, but none of my files are showing up. And, it's also not my upgraded account.

I tried to use the credit card charge feature to look up my associated account, but that's not working. It's supposed to be 12 characters, but the charge on my account is 15 characters. I really need to speak to someone in customer service about this, but apparently that's not an option. This is incredibly frustrating and not a customer-friendly process or service at all.

How can I get synced up to my account?

I've tried just entering the 12 character prior to the SAN at the end of each transaction code. That puts the total characters at 12. Now, however, it's prompting me to enter the last four numbers of my credit card along with my expiration date. I have already done this, and it's not registering it somehow. Is this an issue because I use an AMEX. How can I get help from an actual human since I'm a paying customer?

@Lori, that would be immensely helpful. It should be an @mac (or @icloud) account that shows up. I would much appreciate any help.

Hello there

I too am having problems with the checking process of the transaction ID from my charge of paypal for my dropbox. I have several email addresses that have a drop box account and one of them has been charging me systematically once a year since several years 119 euros, but the emails i have connected to show i am a basic free account client. I do have one email address that is defunct, and the charges are going to : Could you please tell me where I can get a human person to help me out? Thank you in advance

You sent a payment of €119,88 EUR to Dropbox International Unlimited Company. (support@dropbox.com)
