I'm on a new computer, and I'm trying to log into my upgraded Dropbox account with all of my files. I logged in with what I thought was my correct email account, but none of my files are showing up. ...

I've tried just entering the 12 character prior to the SAN at the end of each transaction code. That puts the total characters at 12. Now, however, it's prompting me to enter the last four numbers of my credit card along with my expiration date. I have already done this, and it's not registering it somehow. Is this an issue because I use an AMEX. How can I get help from an actual human since I'm a paying customer?
