My plan only allows for 3 signature requests per month. How do i add more i can not find an area on the admin console where it give pricing to add additional requests or a link to a different plan.

You can upgrade to a different plan (www.dropbox.com/plans) as some such as Essentials include unlimited signatures  OR you can upgrade to sign itself via https://sign.dropbox.com/products/dropbox-sign/pricing
