Unable to permanently delete files, says I have to do it from the admin console.

I am trying to permanently folders from our business account however whenever i try to do so it says it can only be done from the admins console. When i go to the admin console i see no direct option to delete said folders. ~

There is an option in the settings to toggle on or off the ability that allows users to permanently delete files and this setting was already turned on.

I am currently the owner and only user in the whole of this dropbox account (since we are actually closing it and moving to a different cloud service).

Does anybody know why i cannot permanently delete the folders and what i must do to be able to do so? Thanks

Let's try something, and see if you can permanently delete your folder that way. First of all, are you referring to Team folders?

I'm assuming that you are, since you're redirected to the Admin Console. If you access the admin console, then the Content tab, you should be able to select and delete your folder from there.

Once the folder is deleted, please click "show deleted files" on the right side of the page. From there, you should be able to permanently delete the folder. Can you give this one a go?

Keep me posted on the results!
