Hi Osama, does the Dropbox icon show any error messages when you hover the mouse over it? Do any of your folders have a syncing icon on them? When did it stop syncing?

Any info you can provide would help!

No errors appear, it is just dimmed like no internet access, with rotating arrows, and word connecting

If the Dropbox icon on the menu bar is dimmed, then it does mean it cannot connect to the web.

There is a possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.

I’d recommend disabling or changing your settings for the above to see if this helps out!
