You've hit the limit of invites you can send per day. Try again in 24 hours
I attempted to send one share today and got this message. I am on a basic account, what is the issue and how is it resolved?

- Walter4 years agoDropbox StaffI was referring to your email's inbox, Andrew.
Specifically, I used the one that's associated with your profile here on our Community.

Walter,
I checked my junk mail and I don't see an email with a call ticket number or process. I have recieved only two emails from dropbox notifying me that you updated the community post. I need to get this fixed to fulfill statutory required under Wisconsin open records law.

I just sent you another email; can you let me know if you received it this time?

Hello Walter, I seem to have the same "you have reached your limit, try in 24hs" message.
Your solution seems to have worked for several of the members.
Would it be possible to get that solution, also?
thank you in advance
