Re: Unable to create share link to file

I'm unable to create a share link to a file - my sharing activity has been suspended.

Hello,

I to create a shared link and I get this error : "We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement."

Don't know why. File is just a text file (of type .inf) containing a program's version details.

Hi Mark, I tried to, but it seems that there is not a way to contact support. It only gives me the options of Help Center, Community and Learn.

If you are a free user the only way is to try and bounce this thread back to the top when support are online (somebody like @Nancy).

Yes I'm a free user of Dropbox (at least for now). I'm sorry, I didn't understand what you said.  What should I do? Should I try to contact Nancy? How can I do this?

Hi Nancy, I replied from my email. I just tried again now, and still I am getting the same error. The file I am trying to get link is aSc_Reports.inf inside aSc_Reports folder. Hopefully you can find a solution for this. Thanks a lot.
