We are unable to share folders with people outside our team or organization. We have had an open ticket with the engineering team for almost a month and are still awaiting a resolution. This situation is impacting our business operations, and it feels like we’ve been waiting indefinitely.

We are having a similar issue. Whoever we share the files with has to login in order to access folder. Is there a work around to this?
