Hi,

Someone has shared a document with us, but when I try to open it it asks me how to log in via different options.  None of them are working, how do I get into it?

Hey @DSSC, thanks for reaching out to us.

If you're being asked to log in to your account to access the file in the link, it's most likely a "can edit" link and not a "view-only" one.

You can ask the person that sent it to you, to send you a "view-only" link instead and it shouldn't require you to sign in.

I hope this helps, but let me know of any questions you may have.
