I am trying to share a file and get the message "We’ve interrupted your sharing activity because your files might contain phishing content"
Relevant Facts:
1) File does not contain phishing content.
2) I haven't used dropbox for about a year, so I'm not over any limits.
3) File is legal content, legally obtained.
4) File is 22 MB.
No customer support except for paid subscriptions.
So I guess this is why I don't use dropbox.....
Hi @Xanthocletes, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify what type of files you're trying to share?
Do you have any other shared links or files on the account that could be triggering this message?
This will help me to assist further!

These are large PDFs, up to 20-30 MB.
And no, I just tried one of them and that was enough to trigger the error.
Thanks for the info, in order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?

I am trying to share a folder with some friends but I am unable to do and sometimes i get this message (in spanish) We've interrupted your sharing activity because you tried to share a file that may contain malware
After check the folder in question i did not find any suspect file, so what can i do? How can I know which file may contain malware?
Thanks in advance
Hey @nightcarlos, sorry to hear about this.
It sounds like your shared links may have been banned. How long have you been getting this error?
May we reach out via email to have a further look internally perhaps?

Hi @Walter, first of all, thanks for replying me.
To be honest, I am not sure from when I am getting the error, I just realized when I tried to share a folder yesterday.
Sure, we can continue via email or any other via to solve this issue.
