How do I save a video?

I have a email message with a link but when I try to open it I am shown a message that the video is too large. Soooo I downloaded Drop box. The original message was sent via dropbox  How do I sa...

Hi yougoweibel, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Are you getting this error when trying to download or view the file on the Dropbox site? Is this via a shared link?

 

If you have a large video, you can either upload it to your account and share it with that user. Or, if the file is too large for your account, they can create a file request for you to upload the file their account.
