Dropbox member does not have access.
I have a "Dropbox Basic Free" plan, which was set up by a condo board secretary. When I took over her position, she gave me access as "owner". One of our board members can no longer gain access to Dropbox. When she tries to get in, it says something to the effect of 'oops something is wrong'. I was going to remove her access and then give her access again, hoping that would fix the problem. When I try to remove her access, it says "Member still has access. The member has access through a parent folder". What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for your help!

Hi Barb E, I'd be happy to look into this!
It sounds like a member of a shared folder you're part of, has issues accessing the folder, right?
We had a scheduled maintenance a few hours ago, which might have caused a temporary hiccup. Could this be the issue there?
I'd suggest you ask the member to try again using a different browser altogether. In any case, if the issue remains, let me know.
Thank you!
