Can't access some files through the app

Can't access some files through the app

For some reason, I am not able to view the last few months of shared files through the desktop nor the phone app.  I can only see them through dropbox.com.  I have plenty of space left on my plan.  Any suggestions?

Thank you for offering to assist.  This issue has been going on for about a month, but it appears to have resolved itself now somehow.  I will certainly reach out if there are future issues.

Hey there @rwenrich - sorry to hear about this.

 

If you made sure that you're looking at the right account, can you clarify if those files are individually shared files or inside a shared folder? 

 

When you navigate the location those files should be in on your mobile and desktop devices, what do you see exactly?

 

Also, what's the OS of your devices and the version of the Dropbox app installed there?
