Can no longer access photos library
Need to remove dropbox setting that moves photo library from mac to dropbox. Running dropbox on mac OS 14.1.1

I can not sync my photos from my phone to my computer. Dropbox has control over my syncing. We have tried through Mac to resolve this issue. They refer me to you and there is no real person to walk me through this.

Hi David, sorry to jump in. Can you clarify what’s happening exactly when trying to sync your photos from your phone to your computer? How does Dropbox intervene?
Can you send us a screenshot of where your photos are being added exactly to your Dropbox account?

Unfortunately, I can't take a screenshot of it. It doesn't sync. Apple explains that the issue is with Dropbox. I can connect my phone and it does what it usually does without my plugging it in.
