The Dropbox app doesn't work on my Windows laptop. Nothing happens when I click on it. No problems with the web version or on my phone.

I see that someone else has had the same problem - don't think it was resolved.

Hi @leon_heller, let's jump right into this!

I know this might sound trivial, but have you tried uninstalling the app entirely?

It'd help to also re-start your device, before re-installing it anew.

Give it a go, and let me know of the results!

Thanks. I tried that but still have problems. When I first ran the app it took me to the web site to log in. I did that, left the web site and ran the app again - same thing, nothing happens! I'll let you take over my PC and try it for yourself, if you have that facility. HP did it once when I had a printer problem.

I even tried running it as administrator. Same problem.

Hey @leon_heller, do you happen to have any security programs installed, like an antivirus, VPN, firewall, etc.?

If so, try disabling them temporarily, to see if that has any effect and let us know what you find.
