I know this might sound trivial, but have you tried uninstalling the app entirely?
It'd help to also re-start your device, before re-installing it anew.
Give it a go, and let me know of the results!

I even tried running it as administrator. Same problem.

Hey leon_heller, do you happen to have any security programs installed, like an antivirus, VPN, firewall, etc.?
If so, try disabling them temporarily, to see if that has any effect and let us know what you find.
