Files not syncing to MacOS using selective sync in the app

Files not syncing to MacOS using selective sync in the app

BG Mahesh
Explorer | Level 3

I am using MacOS 1.4 on my MacBook Air (m2)

I had an account on this lapotp where I could sync files easily

Now I created a new account in the laptop, but I cannot sync files from Dropbox to my laptop. When I select "Sign In" in the top menu, Dropbox app allows me to CHOOSE the folders I want to sync, but after that I just see a busy hourglass (the squares) and no files are syncing

And In dropbox settings->Preferences->Sync - I cannot select anything (Select folders to sync to this Mac) or "Dropbox for macOS on File Provider) I see a message - You are not eligible for the udpated Dropbox for macOS"

Hi @BG Mahesh, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

Keep me updated with any progress!
