List Dropbox Content

We would like to see an App or API that would download a list (in csv format) of all of our content - Folders and Files. Not the content itself, just a list. We could then use that to identify duplicates or unnecessary data, thereby reducing our Dropbox footprint. A win-win for both sides I think. The data could also be used with bulk/batch file renaming programs (which is actually our primary goal at the moment).
