Não foi possível iniciar o dropbox

Já tinha o app baixado no pc, mas não consigo acessar e abre esse pop-up

    Sentimos muito que você esteja com problema.

     

    O Dropbox está relatando um erro operacional de entrada e saída de disco, o que significa que nosso aplicativo não está conseguindo ler o disco rígido do computador. Esse erro geralmente indica um problema subjacente de hardware.

     

    Recomendo que um profissional faça backup do disco rígido e confira o hardware. Você pode aprender a verificar erros de disco rígido aqui: Windows , Mac , Linux 

     

    Observação: a verificação de todo o disco rígido pode demorar muito.
