Saving emails sent to recipents of drop box signature request.
How do I save the email/message that is sent with the signature request file? I send docs to client with instructions and I wanted to find a way to save the documentation.

Does Dropbox Signature have an address book function or a way to save frequently used Signer names and emails? I have a frequently used agreement that requires 4 of the same Signers and when I used to use Adobe Sign, as I started to type a name in the "Add Signer" section, my previously used Signer names/emails would auto-populate so that I didn't have to constantly retype them. This doesn't seem to be happening in Dropbox Signatures so wondering if I'm missing this feature. Creating a template document doesn't help because that still requires me to add each of the 4 signers each time I need to send for signatures. Thanks.

Hi Mary W.7,
While using the Dropbox Sign website, previously used signers' names/emails should auto-populate when you start typing your signer's name/email. There is also an 'import contacts' option but it only imports from Google or Yahoo contacts. This should be available for all accounts. Below I have provided a screenshot of this feature as reference.
If you are encountering issues with this feature, can you provide the steps to reproduce the issue or any error messages you are encountering?
