Hi Entranced, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
This is a security measure when a user attempts to login from a new location or browser. Removing the cookies would have the same effect as what you're experiencing.
Currently, it isn't possible to disable this verification method.

I don't want two step verification. It is turned off yet still required. This defeats the purpose for me. How do I resolve this issue?
