Terms of Service. Privacy of User Files

In Terms of Service I cam upon this statement.  I will copied and paste it so there is no misunderstanding. "Dropbox may review your conduct and content for compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. We aren’t responsible for the content people post and share via the Services"

Is it to be my understanding that Dropbox can monitor and go through all my files at any time they want.

      Hello,
One I contact the Privacy Department with the same question the other two people had, am I permitted to post the Privacy Officer/Department's response here in the forum so a million people do not have to go to the Privacy Officer/Department to ask the same question?
      Thank you,
      - John
