Have you tried creating an activity report via the admin console?
We provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions, although if there are multiple support tickets at the same time, it can cause further delays in responses, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Hi again, Jay.
The main issue is that we were the owners of the folders and there was an unusual activity in very few minutes from an user named "Dropbox" with no associated email address, platform used and geographical location. That user removed the access to our folders even to our admin account. We didn't know it was even possible to happen. Now we are unable to access our files and their backups and our operation is being seriously affected with no solution so far after more than 30 hours! See the screenshot at the publication for details and if this is something that we can fix in any way...

Thanks for the info. As you mentioned you were in contact with the support team already, they would be able to provide more insight into what transpired on your Dropbox account.
