My old account was hacked and deleted, so I can no longer access my files.
My account was just hacked and deleted. I signed back up but all files are gone. And my account is now only 2GB instead of 13.9GB. How can I get this fixed? Can Drop box put the storage size back? Ca...

Do you have direct access to the email address that was connected to your old Dropbox account?
If you do, you can log a ticket with our support team with these exact steps. Feel free to send me your ticket number here, as well.

I do have my email address. But when I try and verify the email is wont come thru.
I cannot see how to log a ticket with support. When I click that link it just takes me to another post with a similar issue.

The post I linked above has the exact steps you need to follow in order to log the ticket with our support team. These steps are the same for all users having issues with accessing their Dropbox account.

Message said they will reply in 2 DAYS!
I am hoping I can get the account restored and at least the capacity restored.
