My account was hacked, I have no access to it
Hello. Please help! I've tried multiple ways of getting this sorted the past week and keep getting the bot run around.
My account was hacked and they somehow created a new account with a basic plan...

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

I've tried to contact support repeatedly and they are not helping. Any other tips?

Thanks Jay. I've tried contacting support multiple times on various formats. The first time I tried the ticket number was: 24239798 but dropbox closed it without resolving the issue. I've also sent another message while not logged in as suggested above under, account compromised. I've also tried through facebook and sales support. So far, no one will help get me get back to the original account where all the files are stored.
