Password verification email not received
Hi. I didn't use my Dropbox account for few years. And when I was trying to login few days ago, the system told that the verification email of the 6 number was sent, but I didn't receive anything. Ho...

Hi Walter,
Yes, checked spam/junk folder already, and follow the Dropbox team's suggest, add no-reply@dropbox.com into contact list of my email. But doesn't work at all.
To check my email address, I've also ask the customer services team, they told that maybe the mail from Dropbox has been bounced before, cause the Dropbox system blocked my email as an invalid address.
As you said, "If it's been more than a year, it might have been closed due to inactivity." Does it means that I can't get my account back anymore ??

When you say you asked the team, are you referring to the Support team perhaps nic1994?
In that case, do you happen to have a ticket ID as a reference?

Hey nic1994. I double checked our system, and I can see you’ve logged a ticket with our support team already (they’ve also replied back to you).
Please check the same email address as the one showing here to see their reply, and respond back.
