Our company just purchased multiple license.

Now that our company just purchased multiple licenses. Where can we get those login credentials?

Chatbot is no help and we can get customer support on this.

    I'm not entirely sure I understand exactly what you wish to achieve here. 

     

    It sounds like your company purchased a Business plan, am I right on this? When you say "where can you get those login credentials" what exactly are you referring to? 

     

    Do you wish to know how to invite people, or something different? Let me know more, in order for me to be able to guide you and give you the appropriate next steps. 

     

    If you're having issues contacting our Support, then can you double check your plan page, to make sure you're part of a Business plan?
