My old account email was deleted
Hey there! I got a quick one. When i try to login into old accont (I put my email and password correctly) dropbox wants to receive a confirmation number from my old email account which was deleted ...

If you no longer have access to the email address you used for Dropbox, you won't be able to sign in to the account. In order to reset your password you need an active email address on your account. Without that, or without an active device already signed in, there's no way to gain access to your account without access to the email address on the account.

Thank you for your reply. I am a little confused as to why it won't accept my log in and password though? I definitely didn't change it?

If it's been more than a year the account could have been deleted due to inactivity. Another possibility is that the password has expired so the one you're entering is no longer valid, in which case you would need to reset it.
