My Dropbox account has disappeared. I last logged in a week ago. And I tried to log in today. But I can't log in, and I can't get a password reset email. I tried to create a new account with the same...

    Hi khs, let's see what we can find out about this! 

    Is it possible that you haven't accessed your account in a long time

    If I were you, I'd also check to make sure I don't have two Dropbox accounts. 

    Were you, by any chance, part of a business team?
