If your account was deleted, then the team admin removed you from the team without following the steps to convert your account back to an individual account. Only the team admin will be able to restore your account, but they only have seven days to do it from the date of deletion before the account can no longer be restored. Once your account has been restored, the team admin will need to convert it.
Please note that Dropbox cannot recover your account in this situation. Only the team admin will be able to do it.

Hello everyone,
I can no longer log in with my professional email address. The source folder of my account had been mistakenly associated with another folder belonging to one of my colleagues. When we tried to split the folders, she removed me from her interface. But now when I want to log in, it says the account already exists but has been deactivated. It says I need to contact my administrator but I don't have an administrator so I don't know how to reactivate my account.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi BenjCell,
Thanks for getting in touch!
There might still be something that can be done.
The administrator will be the colleague whose Dropbox you were a part of before they removed you.
Ask them (only they can do it) to restore your account within 7 days and they can convert it back to an individual account instead.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you Calvin for your answer,
Unfortunately it was much more that seven days ago, it was two months ago, I've been trying to find solutions since then. Do you thing this colleague can still do something ?
Thanks !

HI BenjCell, if you were part of a Dropbox Business team, and it's been longer than 7 days, then it wouldn't be possible to recover the account.
However, the files should still be on the account, and they might be able to transfer the files to another user on the team, even themselves. Afterwards, they can share a folder to you in order to send you the files to another account you own.
