Login error 500. ...anyone else?

Error (500)

I get the same issue if I click on home link, and help link.  Status page says there are no problems.

I also got a notification that my account has been downgraded and that I can no longer set files to be online only.

 

anyone else having similar issues?

    I cannot log in to our Dropbox. Is tere a live operator here we can call too

    I have the exact same issue including "my account has been downgraded and that I can no longer set files to be online only."  When I tried to respond to this forum message it gave me a 500 error as well. So I had to go to a new browser and use my google account to answer.  Something is definitely wrong with the account. I hope they get it fixed soon. I utilize dropbox frequently for work and can't have long outages!

    Exactly the same here, and the desktop app tells me my account has been downgraded and I cannot have online files.

    I can't access dropbox. I can't even get to the login page. I got error 500 and then when I tried navigating around in the help area to find a solution I got error 5xx.

    Hey I have the same problem, sorry to hear that. 

     

    Could you clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know if you still get the same error?
