hi meagan, im still having trouble on the security code dropbox sent to yahoo mail we still dont get any. Is there a solution to it?

I just checked, and it seems that our previous ticket was closed due to inactivity, since I didn't receive a response from you.
Can you try to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Sign-in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

hi Megan! I have the same problem I cant login to my Dropbox. I tried to e-mail support but didnt recieve anything. Can you help me out?

Hey Dtst, hope you don’t mind if I jump in. Have you looked into your email’s spam folder and there’s nothing there?
Have you also double checked to make sure you have no other devices currently linked to your Dropbox account? If you do, you can look into the Notifications section for the one-time code.
Another thing you can try is to reset your Dropbox password from this page. Are you able to access your account after that?
