I logged into my account and my subscription and files are gone

Hey, I have been paying 11.99 euros via paypal for a business account since June 28, 2022. Today I log in and my account is only a free account and therefore without direct contact options. In addition, all my linked data is no longer visible. In my Dropbox account, unfortunately, all statements have also disappeared. In Paypal, however, I can see the history of all my payments to Dropbox. The last payment was made on September 28, 2024. All my linked data is no longer visible. Does anyone know about this problem and can help me? Best regards, Frank

Take a look at your Events page. Is there any activity listed? If there's no recent file activity then you're likely signed in to a new, empty account.

I'd also suggest that you look in your email for any messages from Dropbox. Search your entire mailbox, not just the Inbox, and also check to see if there are any mail filters active that would filter messages from Dropbox.

You can still contact Support by opening a ticket. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Thank you very much for the quick reply. I have already searched all my emails for dropbox mails and have not found anything in the right direction. I think I will try contacting support the way you suggested. hopefully that will work.

Have you checked your mail filters for anything referencing Dropbox?
