I can't access my account as a code is being sent to an old email
Please need assistance with changing my email address linked to my business account as when I login the code is being sent to an old email address that we no longer have access to? Please can someone email me from support on how I go about changing this. Think we might need to disable multi factor authentication on the account, allow me to login and then change email and then add back again. Also can the pin not be sent to my cellphone as a further backup? Please can someone asssit or support reach out to me on email. Thanks.

It probably isnt 2 factor security which you have set up - if it is it gives you the chance to use the emergency backup ones. Its a security feature which checks email credentials if you use a new device.
Unfortunately it is very unlikely you will be able to get the email changed without access to the email itself: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access
The only people however who can help are Support so you need to log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support. If you are NOT a paid member you need to do this while not logged in, even to here, so use an incognito window to do it.
