I am unable to login to my account with my email ID.

Hello, I tried to log into my account and it does not recognize my email ID and asks me to create a new account.   Has my account been deleted? How do I find out?   All my files are on ther...

    I was able to locate the ticket number, and an agent will be with you as soon as possible.
